General Information

• The 2023-2024 TSDC Dance Year: runs from Friday, September 8, 2023 through Saturday, June 15, 2024.
• Each class will meet 36 times during the year.(see chart below)
• The tuition rates in the table below apply to Dance & Acro Classes only.
• Dance company dues and recital costume payments are
  separate charges and are not reflected in the Tuition Rates table below.
• When determining the tuition payment schedule, TSDC has taken into consideration months which have less than and more than 4 weeks.
• TSDC has also taken into consideration all scheduled closings due to holidays and TSDC performances.

Discounts

• Family and individual tuition discounts are shown in the tables below.
• Special hourly tuition rate for Creative, Pre-K3, Pre-K4 Level classes
  • Only $20 per class hour
  • 14% discounted hourly rate
  • $72 per 10 monthly payments (Sept thru June)..
• Tuition rate per class is reduced for the 2nd class enrolled in 
  and for each subsequent class enrolled in.
• Every family is eligible for these discounts including......
        º 2 or more children taking classes.
        º One child taking more than 1 class.
• Taking more classes means a lower tuition rate per class.
• Lower tuition rate per class means you can enroll in more classes.

Registration Deposit

• $100 registration deposit per enrollment
  • $25 is applied as the registration fee $25  (1 per family)
• $75 of the deposit applied to September Tuition
• Entire $100 applied to tuition and/or costume payments, when registering addiotnal dancers
• $100 Registration Deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE.

Payment Schedule

• 10 monthly payments in Sept-through June
• Payment due 1^st of each month

Late Fees

•  $25 late fee  is assesed to the account if payment is not received by the 8th of the month.
• An additonal $25 late fee is assessed for each additional month the account is past due.

Payment Methods

  Each family will select either AUTOMATIC (recommended) or MANUAL payments. 

AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS

• AUTO DEBIT: Your scheduled payments will be automatically debited from your designated checking account.

• AUTO CREDIT: Your scheduled payment will be automatically posted to your designated credit card.

• AUTO payments will be processed the first of each month.
   

MANUAL PAYMENTS

• Your payments can be made using any of the following methods:
  • Online via the secured site PaySimple.
  • In-person using check, credit card or debit card.
  • Mail-in check payment
    
    
• This manual process works as follows:
  • Invoices are emailed via the AcceptPay system 10 days before their due date.
  • The due date is the first of the month.
    
    
• A valid credit card must be placed on file at TSDC.
  • Payment will be automatically posted to the valid credit card on file
    10 days after the due date in order to avoid the $25 late fee.

Tuition Rates
