Ages - Teens to Adult

  • The basic principles of Pilates, such as a neutral spine, shoulder stability, using the abs to support the spine and upper body will help you strengthen while at the same time ease some of those aches and pains caused by overuse.
     

  • The controlled movements work the deepest muscles by strengthening the core or center of the body. 
     

  • The goal of pilates is the quality of the movement rather than quantity
     

  • This method of exercise was developed decades ago by Joseph Pilates.
